The RUD longwall system is carefully designed for the most effective combination of chains, drive wheels, flight bars and connectors to achieve maximum service life. This longwall mining system results in precisely callibrated continuous chain loops for AFC's. Mining components for underground coal mining such as chains, wheels, connectors and scrapers are used without surface hardening but heat treated to very high tensile strength.
-The conveyor system with positive drive sprockets is a complete system for scraper conveyors and bulk material handling which does employ continuous chain loops with high self-cleaning effect by means of the sprocket system. Several bolt-on or plug-in type attachments are used to mount the scrapers or flight bars which allow reliable conveying even under the most arduous conditions. The system warranties a high service life and availability even for the most difficult applications.
